I am a poet, multidisciplinary artist, and organizer employing a variety of media to build community. In my personal art, I share stories of self-portraiture abstracted in dreamlike surrealism.
I believe that we inspire unity by leading through our vulnerability; our narratives of resilience empower and connect us, they inspire one another to fight harder, to rest deeper, and to love more fully in the face of adversity.
I lead our regular Artist Meetups, where we help to connect members of Atlantic City’s disparate art communities together to learn from and build reliance upon one another, and I also write our semi-regular Artist Meetup Blog!
I am also committed to developing and maintaining a comprehensive digital community archive, Voices of the City, a hub for real-time access to resources and a portal to the voices of our very own neighbors, friends, and loved ones here in Atlantic City.
